Businiess name:  Two Sisters Cafe

Review content:
When we realized our favorite breakfast restaurant had shut it doors we went in search of another place for breakfast this Memorial day. While driving through Orchard Park we saw that the Two Sisters Cafe was open for business, didn't look too busy and we had always wondered what it was like. Half an hour later we realized why they weren't busy. Neither the wait staff nor what I assumed to be the management were the slightest bit interested in the customers whose bad luck it was to frequent this establishment. We waited for five minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff before we decided to go up and get menus ourselves. Another 15 minutes passed with not so much as a glance in our direction let alone an assurance that someone would be with us shortly. We called it quits when two people walked in and were shown to their tables right next to us and asked if the wanted something to drink.\r During the long fruitless wait I saw other patrons ignored including a gentlemen waiting at the cash register (because no one bothered to come to the table to collect money for the check) and must have been passed more than a dozen times without any acknowledgement of his presence.\r I realize that Memorial day is a busy day and that service establishments might be short staff but this restaurant was neither busy (maybe 5 tables populated outside and 3 inside)nor under staffed (maybe two waitresses and countless others in the kitchen and behind the counter). On busy days I have no problem waiting to be served or for my food but I expect some recognition of my presence and a general assurance that I will be visited by member of the wait staff in the not too distant future.\r The only reason this place got one star is because it is impossible to give it zero or minus. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
