I have had the worst experience at Portofino's. I went with my husband and 4 year old son on 10/4/10 at 8:45pm. We wanted pizza and chose Portifino's. My husband said he was called a name a year ago at this restaurant but I didnt believe him. Last night we walked in Portifino's my son wanted to eat in. No one wanted to seat us, when we finally sat down a waitress placed bread on the table and said your waitress is coming. That waitress never came, no one took our order. Finally we caught a waitress who herself didnt think our service was appropriate. But she made excuses for the treatment. The last thing i wanted to believe was that i was treated badly because of the color of my skin. Every staff person made it very obvious that black people are not welcome in Portofino's. Regardless of how we where treated we maintained our composure and paid for our meal and left. As we where leaving the cook was very loud and said goodbye very sarcasticlly and in may different languages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE, as a hard working citizen customer services is very important and regardless of what I felt about someone i still provide a service and they would receive nothing but my best.
