Review content:
Had some minor backup in one of our bathrooms. We contacted 3 septic companies to detemine work and give us estimates. We asked each of them to call us with the estimates before proceeding with any work. Without our permission and while another septic company was coming by to do the estimate, Crotty's took it upon themselves to pump out our septic. I contacted each company to find out the estimates. Crotty's said they were preparing an invoice for us as we speak. We told them we would not pay the bill because no one gave them permission to do any work. This is called trespassing. I was told they remembered the conversation but the driver jumped the gun. They would put the bill on hold until we got the rest of the work done with them ($4000 worth). This by the way is called extortion. They decided to file a complaint with the health dept. I have never dealt with such a ruthless, unprofessional, backhanded operation in my life. I think their motto should be - ""CROTTY IS SHOTTY' PS - next time I walk down the street and see your dog barking - I am gonna take it for a walk and then charge you my dog walking fee. If you don't pay - I am gonna file a noise complaint with the county - yeah what a good idea Crotty!
