DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE WILL GIVE YOU A BS TIME FRAME AND WHEN YOU CALL BACK TO CHECK ON HOW THEY ARE DOING HE WILL SAY OH WE ARE SO BUSY IT WILL BE A COUPLE MORE DAYS AND CONTINUE TO BS YOU !!!!! BEWARE JET TRENDZ BAD WORK ETHICS FIND SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO ACTUALLY LOOK AT YOUR SKI MINE WAS IN THERE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS IN THE ND I COULD NOT PUT UP WITH THE LIES SO I TOOK MY SKI SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
