We have as a family visited this local DQ for 15 years. Each time this DQ hires new employees it is always a struggle to rec. good service. Tonight will be our family?s last visit. I ordered what I always order a Peanut Buster Parfait without peanuts but with blueberries. The ?NEW "" girl working the register told me I could not order it because it was a liquid the blueberries I guess. I reminded her for years I have ordered the same item and repeated this to her several different ways. In the future it might help to have the NEW employees working the serving window that requires less thinking instead of the window that makes you money. I did not order tonight. The acting manager rolled out the reasons and accepted no responsibility as she handled my complaint from across the room. (Address your customers face to face) and yes all businesses have complaints from customers. I have a business in Fort Myers. After my sons Football games and Baseball games across the street I will voice my opinion against visiting your store as many do after the games. The visits to your DQ are a happy fun family time joking laughing and then STUPID. Train your people better and train your management even more. Also noted you are short filling the ice cream in the cups it has been noted by several people I know that go to your store. The standing comment is don't go to the OLD DQ stores like yours they short your cup, and it is true by 20% most all the time even by weight.\r
