My wife and I purchased a new inground pool last summer from Caribbean Pools and it was a great experience. We have a very difficult yard and weren't sure we were going to be able to fit a pool. However after we went to a friends house for a pool party, they suggested we call Dean the owner of Caribbean Pools. They had friends recommend them who said Caribbean was a great company. So we went to their store and spoke with Erica and Ashley. They were great. They gave me lots of information and were very knowledgeable. They setup an appt for Dean to come to my house to give me an estimate. We did have some concerns at first though. Other companies had badmouthed Dean terribly. My wife and I do not like negative sales but we were skeptical. Dean made us very comfortable and answered all our concerns. He suggested we go with a mountain lake because of the contour of our yard. We purchased the pool from Caribbean and asked if it could be done by Memorial Day. Dean promised us it would be done and he would be on the job from start to finish. All I can say is he was right on both accounts. The pool was installed in two days and the yard was graded. We decided to go with a concrete edge pool with colored concrete. They also supplied us with an excellent electrician and fence company. After two weeks Dean meet with us to layout the concrete deck. We went with color and a lot of extra. Once again they did an excellent job. A few days later they were back and installed the liner. It was beautiful. The whole job was done in less than 3 weeks. We were so happy we had Caribbean do our retaining wall for us. During the whole process we never had any problems with them and they were always there for us when we had any questions. My wife and I have the highest praise for them. We would recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a pool.
