*VENDORS BEWARE*\r
\r
I was a vendor of BPG for six years and provided decent service at a very competitive price... I was recently sent my thirty day notice because I asked to be paid within the time stated in my contract. They kept pushing payment off from forty five days to ninety or sometimes one hundred and twenty days. When I asked Ralph Rossi why I was being let go , I was told the tenants were no longer happy with my service and they mandated this change but I have months worth of documentation proving other wise.. I have asked for a meeting with Christopher Buccini because I would like to discuss this matter with him but my calls have gone unanswered... I feel at this time that all future vendors should be warned that they ""DON""T PAY"" for services that are performed and when they do they give you partial payment and string you along for months until another partial payment (they never get the vendor paid in full). They also expect for you to be happy for that partial payment and they want you to leave them alone for the rest of the money that is owed to you until they are ready to pay you. They blow off your phone calls and e mails when you do request payment. \r
