The carpet cleaning was done on time and as promised.
I did not realize there are so many tools to the carpet cleaning trade. I had pet stains, food stains and many others. Kenny and his friend used different solutions for different stains; that is where experience does count. It is amazing that they can tell the type of stain by simply smelling it. The entire second floor of my house was cleaned; three bedrooms study and the stairs.
I took a chance and was rewarded by not having to replace the carpet.
