Simply an amazing and orignal breakfast place.\r
\r
The variety of pancakes you can order is great since you can have a different type every time. They even have breakfast wraps where the wraps themselves are pancakes. Very original. \r

I just don't understand people who order french toast at a pancake house. I'm as big a french toast lover as anyone, but even I know that, if a place's specialty is pancakes, and the name is STACKS, order up some pancakes. \r
\r
They give you three pancakes, each one big enough for a meal by itself. Me and my gf went there and spent a total of $19 for pancakes, coffee, tax and tip. Great value.\r
\r
There is a bit of a wait, but you have to expect that at a new trendy place in a town like Hoboken, especially on the weekends. If you can't handle a wait to sit down, and you want to order french toast, go to a diner.
Pros: Selection, Price, Portions
Cons: Lines on weekends
