One star is being too generous! I ordered a Waldorf salad from Stacks for pick up and instead of telling me that HALF my ingredients were missing, they decided to put together lettuce, cheese and cranberries and charge the exact amount. When I called in to complain, I was told by one of their servers, Bobby, that he couldn't do anything and that I should call again from 9-3pm because that's when the managers were in. I'm a bit confused why there isn't a manager at the restaurant at 6pm, on a busy night but it goes to show how ridiculous the restaurant is. I'm honestly surprised they get business.
