I am sure you get many comments...but I wanted you to know what a great experience we had purchasing a Pathfinder from your dealership. Between Mazen Tutah and his assistant Eun Song, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy ""buying the car of her choice, herself!"" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. I saw my wife laughing with Eun while exploring Bluefooth. I had fun helping Richard and Mazan install the crossbars and license plates.
Then in the mail we received a gift of cookies! First class! We never met, but I worked for Caterpillar for 40 years...and I was the expert for CAT distributors worldwide on selection and training of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. Your people would have scored in the top among the sales forces of the 100 plus dealers I worked with. I also know that when people are given opportunities and support by their managers, they can over perform. You have a great management staff and business philosophy. Keep it up...and thanks again.
