If I could give it a zero, I would. My family of 4 went with a 'coupon/certificate' for a free lunch/dinner up to $10. We ordered 3 meals @ $8.99 each and a kids meal. Before I ordered, I presented the coupon/certificate and asked it would apply towards the fajitas special. He kept repeating, we will work it out, don't worry. So, I didn't worry. Well, when the check arrives, the kids meal wasn't on the bill, but 3 dinners @ $8.99 each were. Once he circled back around, I asked about the bill. He implied that he would take off a meal valued at $8.99. He said that he took the cheapest thing off of the bill, the kids meal. That is what they do. So, I mentioned that we had discussed this before and then reminded him that he said he would work it out. He could have cared less!!!!! No customer service at all, no budging, no further explanation, nothing! I can assure you that I will NEVER EVER grace the presence of their doors again. Oh yeah, on top of that, out of the 4 meals we ordered, 2 of them were delivered incorrectly.
I won't even get into the restaurant. com certificates!
By the way, this if the FIRST review that I have ever written. I felt so strongly about the lack of customer service, that I have to write one.
