I called early after huge floods. I was told they would call when they could. 11 hours later I called the office. A woman told me she woudl see when I was on the list and call me back. One hour later no call. I called and spoke to a man... the OWNER of the comanpy. He told me I was just a number and maybe I was confused that I expected a call back. I told him that the woman who answered told me she woudl call back and the said I was just a number and thank you for telling me that, I am going to fire her! What a jerk. I will not use this comapany if they ever do call and will tell everyone about the horrible cusotmer service from the OWNER
Cons: 12 hours without call.
