Wow I'm really surprised by all of the negative reviews on here. I've used MSA Moving Company twice, and each time I was really happy with the service. Granted, I packed my own stuff, and each time it was a local move. So maybe that's why others had problems? Either way, both times the men were really helpful, really efficient, and took good care of my stuff. I had more items than I'd actually quoted, and they didn't have a problem moving the extras. They even stopped at my storage unit on the way to my new apartment and unloaded stuff there for me for no extra charge. I supplied them with bottles of water the whole time and they were very thankful. So, overall, I've had 2 pleasant experiences with MSA Moving.
