Review content:
I joined the Fayette Academy of Martial Arts Cardio-Kickboxing class at the invitation of a friend. I LOVE IT! In general, I have always thought of myself as uncoordinated, having two left feet, and not athletic in the least. However, participating in this class has really helped me in all those areas. Can't say I've perfected anything, but I'm better than I was when I started almost 5 months ago.\r \r Cardio-Kickboxing is the ""fastest"" one hour workout I have ever participated in. We are constantly moving. You know you've had a workout!\r \r I like the environment as well. No one is trying to ""out-fashion"" the next person. We're all there to better ourselves, and we are having fun doing it!
