I was standing in line at the Geek Squad inside Best Buy when i struck up a conversation with the person in front of me who had brought in his wifi antenna. My dell laptop had just given me the ""blue screen of death"" (as it's called by the Geek Squad) and I hadn't backed up my data for over two years! I am one semester away from graduating college, and I have thousands of pictures that I foolishly didn't back-up. The person in front of me with the antenna said, ""I usually take my laptops to PCI Matrix on University."" So, after 48 hours of Geek Squad effort for data recovery, to no avail, I checked out the reviews online and went to PCI Matrix in its new location on Hennepin Ave. Ryan at PCI was able to recover 99% of my data in just a couple of days! I was preparing for the worst after the Geek Squad told me they would have to send my laptop away for one month to recover the data, and the $ would have been over $500! PCI Matrix is much more affordable and a pleasure to work with during stressful times. I highly recommend there service to anyone with pc or laptop issues.
