Bob Penkhus Motors....Stay away! Worst customer service ever. I bought a car there a few years ago and it still angers me every time I think about those shysters and their unresponsive staff. They are all sweetness and light until one tries to change something within one's contractual rights. I tried to eliminate (the very next day) the slick $700.00 ""premium"" oil change service slipped into my contract as well as the GAP insurance I decided I didn't want. Got through once to the suddenly extremely rude financial manager (who told me he was too busy to talk to me then and would get back to me...ri--i--ght) and then....nothing. No amount of calls, certified mail, etc. were ever even acknowledged, much less acted upon. A horrible place...I did not go there for ONE oil change because it just made me sick to even think about setting foot there again. Will never deal with them again and I encourage everyone I know to STAY AWAY.
