it took so long for me to grow my hair as long as I did. i wanted highlights and I've seen that sometimes some hair comes out, but this was ridiculous. I'll never go again, I'm left with half the thickness of my hair now and it's still not the way it was, texture wise and I've not colored it for almost 6 months.
