I can't even give this place one star. From the start I purchased a mobile home that was said to have central heat/air, it didn't. I have dealt with at least 4 rent increases in the last 21/2 years, bout every six months. The park is full of drugs and kids that vandalize constantly. This park has no rules that it follows. I am three months pregnant and disabled yet they would not let me go into a payment plan with my past-due lot rent because OTHER people have not kept the agreement in the past. They are very prejudicial towards tenants. My house has been vandalized and they have done nothing about that. I am anxiously awaiting the day I can sell my mobile home and leave this hell hole.
