Review content:
I took a precious family heirloom to them to repair. They told me they could do it. When I arrived to pick it up, First the gentelman in charge couldn't find it and then when he brought it out, he said they had done nothing to it. I was actually glad because at that point, judging there incompetence, I was terrified they were going to ruin it.
Bottom line I trusted them with a priceless family heiloom and they didn't honor that trust. The only explaination the gentleman gave me was. If something can go wrong it will go wrong. You make your own decision, if that is the kind of attitude the person has who you are trust with something so important!!!!!
