Review content:
This groomer could not be more kind, this is why you will find nothing but polarized reviews about her business. There is no input that says ""I had a bad experience"" or ""unsatisfactory"", it seems to be a group of emotionally charged slanderous fools who continue referencing ""they saw it on video"". If this video existed, It would most likely replace their intellectually numbing commentary. Rather then rely on their fear mongoring hear say, I would like to provide a story about my own experience with Christine at St James Dog Groomning. \r

I brought my dog to St James dog grooming at the last minute a few days before Thanksgiving. I had a lot of family coming over and I was nervous because my previous dog groomer proved to be unreliable. That's a whole different story, but when I came into St James dog grooming, I was surprised but shocked. The layout was unlike most dog groomers which rely on kennels and force. The dogs were freely roaming in a nice facility and seemed to be playing harmoniously. Unfortunately the place was loaded with Dogs and I assumed there would be no possible way that my dog could be fit into her very busy schedule. Shockingly enough, she agreed that I could leave Buster (my dog :)) for a few hours, and that they would get to him if they had enough time. I came back a few hours later expecting the typical hysterical panic that I was used to from Buster, but he actually was more distracted playing with a German Shepard. Believe it or not, they did get to him! and he looked fantastic! My thanksgiving went more elegantly then usual. My family didn't even believe it was the same dog! \r

Sorry I gave my whole life story, but i didn't feel right reading the above mindless comments without sharing my personal firsthand experience. This is the best groomer on Long Island, and I have been to many. Don't be frightened by people who admit that they have no firsthand experience with this groomer, Their ""videos"" would be much more powerful then their empty words. Bring your dog to this groomer and make this decision for yourself, you won't be dissappointed, and your dog will most certainly thank you.\r
