Review content:
Rick and Craig are warm, friendly, professional, personal, thorough, reliable, fair and competent.
Friendly - you won't find a friendlier vibe in any other scooter shop in town, nor a more honest mechanic. He'll even eat the cost of a part if he feels your pain enough.
They'll bend over backwards to help you, ask about your day, offer you cookies, support the local parade, and have your scooter working in tip top shape within the week.
They don't try to sell you either. They don't up-sell or oversell, though they could - they've got some nice looking bikes in their storefront.
They're grateful you're in their shop and work hard to see you happy. Their repair-work is hard to beat. They understand that an unsafe scooter (or motorcycle) can be fatal, so they go the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed.
I walk out feeling respected b/c they don't take advantage of people who know nothing about scooters.
Start here. You'll not only NOT have the resentment you usually have walking out of a mechanic shop, you'll feel as though you've made a friend.
