The Bestbuy store in Eatontown is a joke.
The majority of the sales people do not have a clue what they are selling and are very annoying.
On numerous occasions i have heard them lying and making stuff up to uninformed customers about products. I think this has to do with for some reason every week they have new employees.
Bestbuy also advertises items in there circular and then do not have enough stock to ensure demand.Then try to sell higher price items.
Also be prepared to fight the mad rush which ensues for first release items. This is very dangerous,no crowd control, i got hit by a lady with shopping cart in WII chaos. almost broke my ankle.
Prices are very high unless items are on sale.
Most electronic items are second rate or old tech.
Store pickup is a joke i have ordered items online and gone to store to pickup and after waiting in line they do not have item.
Be prepared, even when store is empty, to wait at register as employees are busy texting or trying to sell everyone extra scam warranties or bestbuy rewards cards.
Advertised price matching is bull, If they feel like it they will price match
I would avoid this store unless your desperate.
