Review content:
On April 4,2004, I took my truck in because it was dragging in speed when driving. When I spoke with the tech, He told me that my truck need cat converters, 4 to be exact, because all had burned out. I would have to leave the truck at the place because they were closing soon. I was ok with what the tech had told me the problem was. This was the weekend. The next day, On Monday when I and someone else had called to check on the progress, I was told that they would have to order the part. A few hours had passed then another phone call was place to this company to check on the status of the parts. I was told that someone was going to get back with auto clinic regarding availability of the parts. So at this time it was after 2pm. So the truck had to stay a second day. When I called the next day, they said that the haven't started on the truck.\r
I asked why not? The response was that the tech still had the parts on the ground. By this time it was after 1pm. The next day, when I went to handle the transaction, I got in the truck and drove 1 block, turned around and went back to them stating it was doing the same thing before I brought the truck in. The truck had to stay another night. Today April 10,2008, when I called the auto shop, they told me that it may be the transmission now and want to charge me more money. The problem I have with them is that after charging me so much money, and leaving it there for 3 days, then waiting for me to call them to inform me that they didn't know what problem was
Cons: no knowledge in auto mechanics
