Review content:
I go about once a month with a group of friends. Always order the same meal and this time it came out wrong. Explained to the server and she apologized and tried to fix it. Got the bill and we were charged extra because she screwed up. Asked for the manager and when the co-owner walked up to the table the first words out of his mouth were ""I already talked to the waitress and she said you ordered the wrong meal. Maybe next time you will be more specific."" I expained to the owner that she misunderstood what I asked for and I didn't mind paying my bill but i think i should get charged for what I ordered not what she decided to give me. It all boiled down to a five dollar difference in the two meals. His response was ""you ate it so you need to pay for it."" The incredible part was that my group of 8 spent close to $900.00 in food and drinks and this guy wouldn't fix a five dollar upcharge.
Pros: Late nights are fun
Cons: Worst service I've ever had
