They're nice people but all they care about is getting your money! NOTHING comes with the dress. Everything is extra! Even steaming your dress after they unpack it from the delivery box!
I was supposed to get free shoes (up to $70) with my order since my gown was over 1 grand. When i went for my 1st fitting, they said the shoes i wanted were $135! I told them i didn't want to get them then because i wanted to think about it. When i went there after, they said it wasn't up to $70, it was up to $50. Then later the guy came out and said he can give it up to $60. They were just pulling numbers out of nowhere! I didn't have any proof because they didn't write anything down when they told me about the $70!
I have more stories but i think it's enough. They made my whole experience horrible! Every time I left from there, I was in a bad mood! Save yourself the stress and DON'T go there! I wish I didn't!
Pros: nice people..until you sign the contract
Cons: don't care about you and your wedding, just your money
