Len Creech impressed us with his vast knowledge of carpet and fiber cleaning! Recently we were having a new roof installed when a sudden storm came up and dumped more than four inches of rain in one hour on our unprotected roof. The roofer had no tarps with him to cover the bare wood and as a result we had a lot of water-soaked carpeting. Len was there the next day and brought the proper equipment to dry out the carpeting. He explained what needed to be done and answered our questions. It was very apparent that he knew what he was talking about. He stayed late that evening making sure everything was properly taken care of. Once the drying was completed, he returned and cleaned the carpet. Our carpeting looks better than new....he removed stains that I was sure would not come out. He is definitely a professional with the knowledge and work ethic that one doesn't see much of today. He takes great pride in his work and the final product is beyond one's expectations. We would highly recommend his services and we will definitely use his company again!
