These so called Doctors are nothing but a bunch of rip off artists. PERIOD ! We had been taking our animals to them for a couple years and we started to notice the prices kept going up and up. The last straw was when Eileen lied to my face about Rabies vaccines. Trying to explain why it would cost $100 for a Rabies shot for a puppy. The next and last time was when I was quoted $77 to put an older dog down. I got there with the dog, visibly upset at what I had to do. Then Eileen comes in to the room with a bill for $230 !!!! I guess they figured I was not going to walk out, but I did !! She lied to me then as well telling me that the $77 price was to leave the dog there for cremation. Why would it cost less to cremate the dog ??
I walked out and called them back, Eileen answered the phone and had an attitude of what seems to be the problem. Anyway I am going to call back when someone else is there. I am not sure they are aware of this price gouging that seems to be going on. I feel it was very low to try and take advantage of someone at a time like that !!
