I didn't actually have a chance to experience Darrell's work firsthand so I can't in all honesty give him five stars. But Darrell's willingness to be up front with me regarding my printer problem?even at the risk of not getting a repair gig?makes me believe that he really is fair, as well as professional and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Darrell for printer repair work.
