Stay away..\r Front Office: Rude, Rude, Rude and Uncaring. \r Doctors, Apart from Dr. Chin.. A pleasant as trier staff. \r \r Final Straw: \r Today tried to make an appointment for my son, Sick a few days and starting to develop some respiratory issues. (They were aware of his asthma history). We wanted to make sure it was not becoming something more severe. \r We were told they will booked for today, we asked if we could schedule tomorrow. Response.. Oh no we do not book future sick appointment. In fact in out 50 years of experience we find that most issues will resolve themselves. We pushed a little, based on his history of respiratory issues. \r Response: Mam, dont know what to tell you that is our policy. \r We then asked to speak to the doctor.\r He did not ask a single patient question, but rather proceeded to tell us the office policy and they most things resolve themselves. That we would need to call back tomorrow if he was still having issues and see if we could get an appointment. \r Really? We were a little miffed and asked if he thought this was taking care of his patients? \r His response: Well you can take him elsewhere...and then Hung Up. \r \r So we did, that day... Pnemonia!
