We ordered take out food for a picnic at Tanglewood and were COMPLETELY HORRIFIED by the experience. Prices charged were much higher than advertised online. Charged extra for takeout packaging. (Had I known this in advance I would NEVER have left a tip which they told me people do not do (after the fact when I called to complain). Owner hung up on me when I called to get credit for food that was missing (although they did admit they forgot to put it in bag). Food was tipping sideways inside plastic bags grease leaked everywhere (should have been laid flat in large sturdy paper bag). We had to throw some of the food away (Eggplant Lasagna - 16). Owner could have cared less said it wasn't his responsibility. Completely unprofessional. Stay away from this establishment. Place was completely empty so I have a feeling people have figured it out anyway.
Cons: Overcharged, poor service, messy, treat customers horrible!
