I went in to Bob Neill Paint & Body Shop because I was rear-ended and my bumper sustained some damage. The entire process was painless. They took me through the paperwork and the insurance telephone call. When I dropped it off they gave me a date to pick it up and it was fixed. They did a very nice job, the repairs were perfect. The service was excellent and they really took good care of me and my car.
