I purchased approximately 30,000 dollars of poly pro composite materials from cox interiors from their Johnson City,TN store.The material had defects in the product,multiple chips and rough places were visible.i was infomed by cox interiors that they had material to repair this and to wait until the repairs were completed before the ballusters and railings were painted.i have had several conversatios with cox interiors for the last three years without any results,until september 1,2011.I received a call from Mr. Cliff Taylor and he informed me that I should use automotive bondo to repair their defective product.This is a very poor way to treat a customer after three years. I purchased in excess of one hundred thousand dollars of material from this company
