On behalf of everyone on the Parkside team as well as our families - Thank you for your comments. Of course we do not like to hear that anyone had a less than great encounter. Our goal is to provide the BEST experience possible because our families are the most important aspect of our practice. As you know, we could go on and on about why these things happened, long nights on call, emergencies, etc. however, we are not about excuses, we are about results. Your issues have already been addressed with the staff and some new things have been put in place for an even greater Parkside experience!
