as a customer, i would never expect to see or hear the things that i heard my first time in this cute music store and studio. i was hoping for it to become my for lessons. Instead i was subject to a lunatic who berated everybody, often yelling and cussing at his employees and then slamming the door on the way out. I was then told by the employees that this was common and they were just happy they had not been fired. They confided in me like an abused spouse that finally came clean to her best friend. The staff seems traumatized and fed up. i would never give them my money, especially since the prices were actually high for a little studio and store like this one. My suggestion is avoid it, especially when Charles Hood (the owner) is in the building.
