I have been a patient of Dr. Jerry ter Avest since 1994 when I worked near his office. I no longer work in RTP, but my family and I GLADLY travel the 25 mile distance because we TRUST Dr. Jerry. He counsels his patients to do what is best for THEIR long term dental needs contrary to many large dentistry BUSINESSES. Not only is Dr. Jerry a wonderful dentist, he has long term employed staff that my children feel comfortable seeing. My children have never had a fearful experience at Dr. Jerry's even though they both have had cavities filled. I have had extensive dental work and Dr. Jerry always ensures that I am comfortable throughout any procedure. Dr. Jerry is always responsive to dental problems we may have. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jerry and would gladly recommend anyone!
