As a native of Durham I have been to just about every salon in the Durham/Chapel Hill area and I must say that Lauren Vincent at Sandy Winchester's is by far the BEST stylist I have ever been too. I know live in Chicago but still wait to get my hair done just so that I can make sure Lauren does it. She always listens to what I want but is never shy to let me know how to take it to the next level. She is excited about trying out new styles and always stays on top of what is both chic and timeless. She is also devoted to making sure my hair stays healthy so that the color and style look their very best. I have gone to salons in Chicago and paid three times as much as Lauren charges and have never left one of those salons feeling half as stylish, chic, and beautiful as I do after she has done my hair! She is an amazing artist who maintains her practice by constantly taking new classes on cut and color. And, as an added bonus, she is an amazingly kind and intelligent woman!
