I was astounded by all the negative reviews, and I have to say that out of all the bad reviews, there is always a good one. I have personally decided to go to this dry cleaning because it was close to home and I've always liked the more homey stores. I took this dress of mine, which had a few wine stains on it, and asked for them to be removed. Wine stains, which I have tried to remove in the past and failed, had been removed completely by Arrow Cleaning. The results were great, I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning service and that's why I've returned to them ever since. I have to say, from my experiences, they have never failed me on getting my dry cleaning done properly and nearly to perfection; the prices have worked out for me, as they have always been reasonable. The couple who owns the store are also very nice and they always greet me and talks to me like we're old friends. I've only been a customer for just a little over a year, and I felt like we've known each other for longer! Overall I'm very satisfied with Arrow Cleaning. It's no doubt that I'll remain a loyal customer for years to come!
