Rating: Negative stars\r Earlier today I stopped in for an inspection, and passed, everything with my car was fine...\r Except Peter mentioned that my front brakes sounded funny. So I mentioned I had my oil change a week ago at my regular service provider, and my car was in tip top shape according to them.\r I said, I wouldn't mind taking a second opinion, and he could see if something was wrong with my front brakes.\r Two hours later, no call, I decided I needed to get my car before they closed. I went, and Peter was no longer there, and the employees had no idea what was checked or done on my car (awful service). The employee wouldn't give me my keys with out calling Peter, he got on the telephone with me and asked what was going on?... I said I'm here to pick up my car, did you check my breaks? I didn't get a call from you and I need my car for work tomorrow. He said he didn't check my breaks (HELLO WHAT DID YOU HAVE ME LEAVE MY CAR HERE FOR?). He also said that they couldn't start my car when they were moving it to park, and had to jump it. I was appalled, and questioned why my car didn't start and needed a jump, and they had no answers. After this, I was so disgusted and decided I would never bring my business there again. Their have been no previous issues with starting my car.\r I took my keys to leave, and tried to start my car and IT WOULDN'T START!\r I have NEVER had issues starting my car, nor with my battery. My car was running perfectly before I left it there.\r I don't know what they did to my car, if the left it sitting with the battery on, and killed the battery, or if they tampered with something.\r I only wish I had read their reviews before letting them touch my car. \r I suggest no one give them the pleasure of your business, it's a recipe for disaster.\r Pros: First impression: very polite Cons: Organization, communication, service, DISASTER
