The Mercantile has amazing desserts. The cookies (China cookies & heath bar are favorites), beautifully decorated and tasty cupcakes, tarts, pies, blondies, lemon squares, brownies, magic bars---YUM!!!\r
Did I mention their sandwiches all made on homemade bread? What a treat! The soups are also great. If you feel like something different than a sandwich and soup for lunch, the Mercantile is sure to have it--quiches, pasta dishes, etc. The staff are very friendly.
