Review content:
We've been unfortunate enough to require Shamrock's services twice. I say unfortunate because the two times we needed of their services was due to flood damage a dishwasher and upstairs shower. The first occasion I was undergoing difficult medical treatment and was susceptible to illnesses brought on by mold. Both Eric and Larry arrived after what I would call normal business hours and stayed until late evening in order to ensure that the area with mold was completely, and I do mean completely, cordoned off. The demonstrated real concern for my health and wouldnt leave that first night until they were satisfied I would not be effected by airborne mold. I really dont think they could have taken greater care had I been family.
Several months later, when it started to rain through the ceiling into our family room, there was NO question as to who to call. We called Shamrock and will do so again should we be unfortunate enough to require their water damage services.
