If not, let's talk about the carpaccio! $12 for five pieces of seared tuna bites with burnt pesto on top... the chef then has the audacity to tell me that ""carpaccio "" means how it is cooked, not how it is cut! WHAT?! You don't cook carpaccio!!!!\r

So, I did some research...according to all sources, including my Italian family, cooking instructor in Paris @ the Cordon Bleu and La Repertoire de La Cuisine... 'Carpaccio is a dish of raw beef, veal or tuna thinly sliced or pounded thin so as to be able to see the dish under neath and served as an appetizer.'\r

Too salty, ill-prepared and cupcakes that weigh more than doorstops...Skip it... go to Flight. Better food, better informed, better wine.""
