Review content:
I was looking for a yoga studio close to my home (Bayside, NY) and tried a few of the other local schools. I wasn't satisfied until I stepped into Vitality Yoga. Immediately, I sensed a good vibe from the owners Danny and Helen and now, six months later, I am very grateful I followed my instincts of my first impression. The students who study at Vitality all have that same feeling about them ~ familial warmth. The lack of ego and lack of competitiveness in this studio creates a safe, comfortable place for students of all levels to feel welcome and respected. I have studied yoga for over fifteen years in NYC and LA and this truly is a unique place that does try its best to embody the true meaning of ""yoga"".? Pros: Integrity, Warmth, Familial, Safe, All Levels Cons: Would love to see more classes on the schedule
