Businiess name:  UPS Store

Granted, I only had one experience here, but it was horrible, so of course I'm never going back. I shipped a package to China. They gave me three options, all very expensive. Naturally. I opt for the cheapest one, which they say is untrackable. They tell me it's going to arrive in 1 week. Terrific! I don't care if I can track it as long as it gets there in a week. I pay up and walk out.\r \r Three weeks later, package hasn't been delivered. I call the store, and I speak to the manager. I tell him my situation, and then he basically starts scolding me for going with the cheapest option, which I only now find out was priority mail with the USPS (they didn't say so at the time of the transaction). Apparently there's nothing they can do - besides yelling at me. Here I am thinking I'm going to chew out these UPS folks and instead I'm getting chewed out by them - and it's the manager, of all people. So basically, what happened was UPS charged twice as much as the USPS, didn't offer any tracking at all (which you would actually get it if you shipped with USPS), and then absolutely washed their hands of the whole criminal act. Great. Well in losing my package, they also lost my business. Would highly recommend to those who like pain and frustration.
