Review content:
Simard's is a good basic roast beef restaurant. The beef itself is actually my least favorite thing on the menu, although still pretty good. The bread is sometimes a little stale, and the beef / sauce could stand to be warmer. However, you HAVE to try the seasoned fries with cheese sauce... it is the BEST thing there, and really sets them apart from other roast beef places. They also have good pizza rolls, spinach rolls, jalapeno poppers, etc. All in all, a pretty decent roast beef place.
