Very personal attention; you can tell she really cares for both customers and our pet. Spends time with our pet, not just rushing in and out. Love the blogging about the pet visit; my wife compulsively checks her Blackberry just waiting for the email update with the pictures and write-up about the visit. Really puts her mind at ease! After very heavy snows, she drove as near as she could, parked, and walked the rest of the way in to our neighborhood to check on our pet. Now, that's dedication! Highly recommend to anyone.
