Anchor Pools out of Weekie Wachee Florida is the WORST company we've ever dealt with. Told us our pool would be done in 3 months. Well, 3 months has passed and our pool is only half done. They send out 1 guy (maybe 2) guys once in a while to do a little work. We've kept very detailed records and in the last 9 weeks, they've averaged about 5 hours of work per week on our pool. We've repeatedly contacted the owner Larry about our displeasure and we keep getting excuses as to why they have to leave our site early or why they didn't show up at all. They ran out of plumbing supplies and had to leave early. They ran out of concrete for the footer and had to leave early. The blade wasn't good on their coping cutter so they had to leave early. Giving the guys a week off, etc. Along with many of his own personal excuses as to why it is taking so long.\r

Too early to tell the quality of their work yet, however they have already had a failed inspection. And when doing our hot tub, they had all of the jets located on 1 side of the hot tub. We had to personally go out there and tell them to spread them out evenly around the tub. You would think professionals would already know to do this. \r

We also had an issue with the inner pool tiles. The tile that we picked out in their showroom looked nothing like what we received. We didn't want to wait any longer for them to order new tile, so we ended up settling for what we received. \r

Their communication is very poor. Often they don't return phone calls, emails or texts for several days. \r

We've repeatedly expressed our displeasure to no avail. We've read other reviews from this company with the same complaints. Only wish we had read them BEFORE hiring them to do our pool. \r
