the product s great but you better make sure you have all of your things before you leave the warehouse, who is CLOSED on the weekends (they dont tell you that when you place your order). I had to drive over 400 miles roundtrip to get this flooring only to find out uh oh they are closed on the weekends. Well nothing the can do you just have to come back on monday, although the website doesnt say the warehouse is closed on the weekend. well I went back on monday and guess what, they give me a piece of Tmodling I paid $25 to ship, but guess what they give me a 3 ft. piece not the 20 ft. i ordered and never offered to refund my money. well a week later floorinig goes in perfect but thats NOT ENOUGH TMOLD of course. well here i am 3 weeks past flooring installed still waiting on TMOLD! please dont order through this company unless you go to the warehouse, pick up your flooring during th eweek, and make sure you measure everything before you leave because with them the customer is never right.
