Review content:
Well, we decided to order tiles from National Tiles from a friend's recommendation. We ordered our tiles in March and after 4 weeks of when they promised the tiles were going to be in, we called and they said maybe another week. We waited and gave them two weeks and again, they made up excuses after excuses from the tiles are probably held up at customs, the tiles are in back order, the tiles were sent here but we lost them etc...and after 5 months of drywall in our kitchen they finally arrived. You'd think a place would have known that the tiles are in back order or at least told us instead of lying. I will NEVER shop here again and have told all my friends not to either. Bad business!
Pros: NONE!!!
Cons: 5 months for tiles, promised it was 4 wks, liars
