Okay. I did it. I actually did it and I loved it. I went with 3 girlfriends for a girls night out. One of my friends also did a review. I am group leader if you will of my gaggle of girlfriends.\r

I did my homework and found a company that touted speed dating uk style. Every preconceived notion of what I thought speed dating was about, went out the window. We chose STK and were off. \r

We arrived and were greeted by two very sweet hosts. STK was crazy busy that night and what we thought was so cool was the fact, no one knew we were speed dating. We sat in their lovely atrium and none were wiser to our dating shenanigans. \r

We met 14 guys that night. Some cuter than others, but all really cool and really down to earth. The event lasts about 2 hours. There was food served when we arrived and at the break. I had never been to STK and LOVED it. I am now officially addicted to their truffle fries. \r

The night ended and we made our selections. I think my favorite part of the night is the flirting and feeling sexy. I think I can be easy on the eyes, but by no means do I consider myself a knockout. But I felt like one by the time the night was over. Guy after guy vying for my attention. \r

This doesn't suck. :-) \r

The next day you find out who matched with who and then it's up to you to go from there. We didn't try the makeover at the beginning so I don't know what that's like.\r

I guess my only complaint would be that maybe if you don't do the makeover you can get a free drink. Help a girl out here! Drinks at STK are on the expensive side but that's what you get. Not to say they aren't worth the coin, but a few coins less would be great.\r
